Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Khabir. By subscribing, creating an account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use Khabir.

1. The service

Khabir is an educational market-research service. We publish algorithmic analysis and classifications of publicly traded stocks based on public market data, applying optional halal and ethical screening filters. The same research is made available to all subscribers on equal terms.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on the service — including stock classifications, written AI analysis, technical price levels, strategy-fit assessments, email digests, Telegram messages, or dashboard content — constitutes:

Khabir does not know, collect, or consider your personal financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. If you need personal investment advice, consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.

3. No fiduciary relationship

Use of the service does not create a fiduciary, broker, dealer, investment-adviser, or similar professional relationship between you and Khabir. We are a content service, not a financial intermediary.

4. Halal + ethical screening — no guarantee

Khabir applies algorithmic screening based on the AAOIFI framework and our ethical criteria. We do not provide a formal Shariah certification and do not guarantee that any stock surfaced by the service is halal-compliant. Scholarly opinions differ, corporate structures change over time, and third-party data sources can contain errors or lag reality.

You are responsible for verifying any name against your own standards — by consulting a qualified scholar, certified Shariah advisory body, or trusted halal-investing platform — before acting.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Khabir. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including securities and tax laws in your place of residence.

6. Subscriptions and payment (premium)

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the billing schedule you select.

You may cancel at any time from within your account. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be honored at their locked-in rate for the duration of their current billing period.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the service — including text, analysis, classifications, code, design, and trademarks — is owned by Khabir or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use during the term of your subscription. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party data

Market data used in our analysis is sourced from third-party providers. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Data may contain errors, omissions, or delays, for which we are not liable.

10. Warranty disclaimer

Khabir is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including — but not limited to — merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khabir and its operators, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Khabir in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khabir from any claim, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using Khabir at any time by unsubscribing and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14) shall survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Khabir's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
